iNFOiSLIVE, Instantcom AND First Star Software Announce Distribution Agreement For Boulder Dash®-M.E.™

HONG KONG and CHAPPAQUA, NY, U.S.A., April 23, 2003 - iNFOiSLIVE, a leader in the distribution of mobile entertainment solutions; and First Star Software, Inc., the Westchester, New York based designer and publisher of award winning games, announced today that they have entered into a non-exclusive distribution agreement covering the J2ME and BREW versions of Boulder Dash®-M.E.™ throughout much of Asia.

Developed jointly with InstantCom, Ltd. of Zagreb, Croatia, Boulder Dash®-M.E.™ is the sixth game in the award winning Boulder Dash® series, one of the most enduring electronic game franchises in history. Losing none of its charm or playability in the mobile space, the game has 26 challenging caves (10 tutorial and 16 game caves) and a vast inventory of tools and weapons, like sledge hammers, kicks and bombs. Boulder Dash®-M.E.™ is also the first cell phone game ever to rotate the entire playfield 90 degrees, in real time. Already ranked #1 by Midlet-Review, and recipient of the Mobile Games Award™, the mophun™ version of Boulder Dash®-M.E.™ has consistently been among the top-selling mophun games, and is expected to carry this tradition into BREW and J2ME.

iNFOiSLIVE to bring more new contents to mobile operators in Asia

Hong Kong, 3th April 2003 - Recently, iNFOiSLIVE is actively working with developers from various countries including J2ME developer from over 20 countries.

Among the partners, iNFOiSLIVE has get the right from IndexCorp to re-engineer the game from imode format to GMS handset format. This will bring much more Japan high quality Japanese style game to GSM world.

For the past several month, iNFOiSLIVE has acquired the distribution rights of various characters including TOMTOM from Austria,Chamgge & Woorisoon from South Korea, Bulufarm, Hyper, Code Bar from Hong Kong. Together with other characters, which iNFOiSLIVE has already hold the right, iNFOiSLIVE has 15 branded characters titles mobile content rights. Those characters contents including logos, picture message, MMS, wallpaper, screen savers, are available at selected mobile operators in the Great China Region and South East Asia at this moment.
