Gameislive's CTO to speak at the first China mobile online game summit

The 1st China Mobile Online Game submit was held by Downjoy (http://www.downjoy.com) in a stylish bar in Beijing last Friday, July 21st. The leading mobile online game developers and publishers, as well as handset manufacturers, were invited to share their experience on the market.

Being a poineer in the mobile online game market, Gameislive's CTO, Peter Tam shared his views on the publishing of Zhanguo, one of the first mobile MMORPG in China. Peter shared the difficulities he encountered on development, marketing and customer service, in which he indicated that "customer service should help resolve problems instead of being engaged with users".
