iNFOiSLIVE Introduces Latest Mobile Messaging Solution for Targeted Marketing and CRM

HONG KONG, 12 September 2002 - iNFOiSLIVE Corporation Limited, a dedicated developer of wireless technologies and mobile entertainment applications, today announced the official launch of its multi-purpose wireless messaging solution, miL Platform 3.0. The latest version of miL Platform enables corporations from various industries to use as a powerful tool for communication, targeted marketing and customer relationship management(CRM).

At a product seminar held by iNFOiSLIVE today, Mr. Peter Tam, CTO of iNFOiSLIVE, introduced various practical usage of mobile messaging through SMS and MMS and how corporations can take advantage of miL Platform 3.0. to develop targeted marketing campaign and CRM program.

"The most common mobile applications currently found in the Hong Kong market are mainly for entertainment purpose, including text messaging and mobile games. However with the evolution of mobile messaging, we believe there are still a lot of innovative applications to be deployed." said Mr. Tam.

According to Mr. Tam, mobile messaging is more than a marketing tool. By sending SMS or MMS, corporations such as airline companies may inform passengers about critical changes in flight schedule; insurance firms may send service updates to policy holders as a "personalised premium" service; and financial institutes may deliver financial updates or payment alert to clients.

Developed by iNFOiSLIVE, miL Platform 3.0 is a multi-purpose wireless messaging platform serves as a software gateway for mobile operators. Not only it can easily integrate with the internal system of mobile operators, it also provides them a complete system to handle text messaging (SMS) connectivity. Customised connection module can be developed to suit other communication protocol of SMS gateway.

On the other hand, miL Platform 3.0 offers quality messaging solution to corporations for timely message delivery to end users. Message content prepared by corporations can be delivered through the mil Platform, and their delivery status will be recorded. For messages that cannot be submitted to the SMS Centre, an error description will be prompted in the system.
